So thankful we used Fancher Weddings!

Madison from Fancher Weddings was the day-of coordinator for my daughter's wedding. She did an incredible job running our rehearsal the night before and handling all the vendors and the schedule on the wedding day. Calm, organized, and invaluable on wedding day

As the mother of the groom, I had a close-up view of the entire weekend, and she was incredible.

She was organized, attentive, and proactive with vendors and the venue, and she guided both the rehearsal and wedding day with such calm confidence. She was flexible, kind, and professional in every interaction.

What stood out most was how smoothly everything felt. She kept things moving, kept everyone at ease, and created such a steady, reassuring presence throughout the day.

My only regret is not keeping her through the very end—I ended up pulled into a few final details that she would have handled seamlessly, and it would have allowed me to stay fully present and enjoy every moment.

Everything felt like it just naturally came together, and that was because of her.

Stress Free Wedding Come To Life

Madison blew me and my husband away. She was so present and hard working throughout our big day. I am sure more went into planning the day than I am aware of, but she kept our wedding on track and was the biggest supporter. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her over the past 3 months. She was well worth every penny and more. I am so thankful to have found Madison on Wedding Wire and work with her. My photographers and videographers loved her.
